Sky mobile

So I ordered a mobile yesterday, credit check was successful, signed credit agreement waited then got order confirmation with breakdown of cost etc email from dpd, given delivery date. Fast forward to this morning, delivery is updated to return back to depot, I contacted dpd they said the driver was notified do not deliver. I contacted sky they said I will be notified for second delivery by dpd I asked if the order has been cancelled and he said the order has not been cancelled and to wait for contact from dpd. ?? I'm very confused as to what is happening here. Can anyone help please
