Reached mobile device limit

I was in the process of upgrading my mobile phone via swap. I had to do this over the phone with sky as reached device limit. This is still in progress and I'm still waiting for sky to call me back. Please can sky call me to finalise the swap

Sky won't call you from a post here.

 

This is primarily a customer helps customer forum.  Give them another call...

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
