Sky mobile

I have paid my sky mobile £72 but my services have been turned off

Hi @Joanna461  have you had a message to say your services are restricted ? Could it be an issue in your area ?

Are you saying your mobile had been restricted due the bill not being paid, if so and you have now made the payment you would also need to setup a monthly payment method.

Yes I paid £72 on the 26th November so I won't my mobile services to be put back on

Hi @Joanna461  if you were more than 2 weeks late you will also need to pay the next bill. You also need to set up a new continuous payment method, such as a new direct debit, then once all cleared by sky they will reinstate your services.

Hi @Joanna461  no one from sky will call you. Until you meet the criteria mentioned they won't reinstate your services. Sometimes calling 150 still works even when restricted so you could try that. They won't accept promises to pay (no matter what the CS staff may say).
