Yes I paid £72 on the 26th November so I won't my mobile services to be put back on

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreHi @Joanna461 if you were more than 2 weeks late you will also need to pay the next bill. You also need to set up a new continuous payment method, such as a new direct debit, then once all cleared by sky they will reinstate your services.

Sometimes calling 150 still works even when restricted so you could try that. They won't accept promises to pay (no matter what the CS staff may say).
