Mobile phone contract

I am looking at taking out a mobile phone plan + SIM.  Can you confirm whether the annual price increase includes both the mobile phone plan AND the SIM plan or just the latter.  Also, can a cap be put on the monthly usage?

Hi @Wilrow  once agreed the device price is set as per the terms of the credit agreement. The sim price may go up. Yes a cap can be set via your account or in the my sky app.

You can see a breakdown of what will be your payments throughout the contract when you place the order as usually this will not increase throughout the contract

I think it's fixed for the initial 12 months?  So any price rises can be avoided.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
