If it had been restricted due to this hill not being paid then have you also strip your payment details again like direct debit or your card details because if you are yet to do this then this does need doing before your mobile service will be restored.

We are customers here like you so can not activate anything.

 

Was your mobile restricted due to the bill not being paid and if so have you set your payment details up again ?
