Hi I swapped my phone and £99 has just been taking out my bank for the old phone and new phone when I've already sent the phone back and have got to pay extra next month for sending it back and now my bill is saying 85 every month

Sending your old phone back via swap doesn't stop a payment especially if there was still £99 to be paid off against it which could well be what has happened here as it should have told you this onscreen when you placed the swap order.

Hi thank you for your reply but I've already got to pay the remaining what's owed next month which was predicted so I don't get why I'm still paying off that phone when I've sent it back

When a phone is returned and there is sn

oyrstanding payment against it due to the value Sky gives you not being enough to

psy it off the difference is added to your next bill so once this has been paid then there should be no more to pay against it.

When did you send the phone back @Jasmine49  ? It takes 2-4 weeks for returns to be processed, until then you continue to pay for it. Any overpayment will be refunded.
