Sky mobile

I’m unable to view or sign my credit agreement , when I click “sign" it takes me to another link stating "the page your looking for could not be found., the link could be out of date or address may of been typed incorrectly " I've linked my sky ID however still can't view or sign my credit agreement

Make sure you are logged in with your main Sky ID then click the button on this page as it should take you to it to sign it:

I only have one sky ID and this hasn't worked either . Just takes me to the same " unavailable page"

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Thankyou , I've spoken to an advisor on the phone and he has said the site may have been having issues and to try again in a couple of hours , I've paid £86 pounds upfront but unless I sign the agreement I won't receive the phone or accessories added on .

I would engage with the messaging team as per their invite that you should be able to see via the chat bubble as the advisers as known to make replies like that when they do not know what the issue is.
