Mac book

I upgraded to a galaxy s24 and the offer said I could claim a free mac book, how do I claim it ?

You're not going to get a mac book.  (Samsung offering a 'free' Apple product would be most bizarre)

As stated above it wasn't a mac book but a chromebook as you can see on the webpage here:

The chromebook is then sent 45 days from the date you put in your claim.
