Someone please help me! I need to send back my mobile to sky but cannot work out how to get the box apart without damaging it!! Do I remove the tamper strip or what?? I'm going insane I have no idea how to package my old phone in the box and it needs to be sent tomorrow!!! Someone please help! There's no videos or anything
