Think it's time to move over to someone else from sky
On my account there is three old devices that I need cleared off my account but sky wont do it
I have a sky glass agreement that has finished and is still on my account
and now I keep getting phone calls everyday from suppose some sales guru trying to sell me another phone/upgrade
all I want is my sky mobile account with my current device and what I pay every month how hard is that

Yes and that's why it's stupid
The devices now belong to me NOT sky therefore on MY account I should be able to remove anything that is not needed anymore instead I'm thinking of going elsewhere and completely shutting down my account

As mentioned, only devices returned to sky will disappear, this has come up many times on the forum. They shouldn't stop any new orders. What exactly is the problem with them being there ?
