Sky mobile not taking payment

I have had my payments go out every month at the same time for the last 2 years. I now get told that my account has been suspended. They took the money out the day it was meant to and returned it the day after. They are now asking me to complete payment and put my card details down and when done they are saying my details cannot be processed. Has this happened to anyone else recently and can anyone help?

If the payment was returned was there enough funds in the account to cover the direct debit payment ?

 

If your services have been restricted then you will need to make a manual payment and also to set up the direct debit again.

Yeah there was enough funds in my account to pay for it. When I'm trying g to reset the direct debit up again it's just saying that my card details cannot be processed even though I'm putting in the correct details. I'm just so confused

With a direct debit your should be proving the bank account number as this is nothing to do with any cards so what number are you trying to enter ?

When trying to make my payment it is telling me to add all of my card details in again.

It wants you to set up your payment method again by the sounds of it so have you tried supplying your direct debit details ?

All you can do is to see if you can call Sky on 150 about this. The alternative is to contact them via one of the social media links at the bottom of this page.
