Phone Order No Delivery Update

Hi 

I ordered a phone on the 16th of November. Do you know when I can expect to receive it? There is still no update when I check; it just says 'in progress'. It's a Christmas present, will it arrive in time?

Hi @Lisa434  this isn't sky CS so no one can answer that for you. Keep an eye on your order status for any updates.
