Sky mobile not showing on account

I have been with Sky for many years and have 2 Sky mobile accounts.

since the latest update for the app, my accounts no longer appear.  Just tv and broadband. 
I use it regularly to roll data to my daughter. I can't seem to fix it, any idea?

No, I'm logged in but if I press manage nothing happens. Not showing my phone bills either. Very strange!

if I choose link account it says they're already linked.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

I'm having the exact same issue! Tried in the app and on browser and not showing. When I click manage nothing happens. I've updated the app today and that's not fixed it either. Is someone able to help please?

I am having the same issue, no problems until about 2 weeks ago when it just disappeared. Tried re-linking but says mobile account already linked. Have you found a solution to this problem that you can share please?
