Sky mobile help

So I ordered a Samsung galaxy watch 8 classic on the 14th of September and then changed my mind so it got rejected at door point and went back to DPD and once it hits there depot it gets a new track for going back to sky 

 

But sky are saying the have never received it I have both tracking IDs to show it getting rejected and getting returned to sky 

 

I have been on the phone numerous times to sky rasing a crf and nothing as been done as of yet I also have proof from my doorbell camera that it was rejected and I am still getting billed for this item can anyone help as this is going on nearly 45 days now
