Contacting "Sky Experts" for a replacement SIM

The diagnostics confirm I have a faulty SIM. Refers me to the Sky Experts " But I'm going round in circles trying to contact them. The chat bot is no help either. How do I order a replacement SIM card, this is the 2nd day of trying to sort this. Please help. Thanks

Hi @ColinCarter  you need to call sky to arrange a replacement sim. If you can't call you could try the social media links at the bottom of this page. Can't be ordered here.
