Sky mobile handset order

Placed an order for my new handset last Wednesday, contracts were signed online and I received an email confirmation. The website says if ordered before 9pm Monday-Friday, delivery will be the next day...? The order was placed 6 days ago, so I'm confused. MySky app says delivery COMING SOON and it's been saying that since last week

Hi @RichardScott  that normally means it's out of stock and sky are awaiting for their stock to be replenished, nothing you can do other than keep an eye on your order status.
