Phone swap
I have sent off 2 phones to swap a week ago now and i've had no confirmation that they've been received and my phone bill is due today but it's still charging me for all 4 phones (not 2)
what do i do?

Swaps are taking around 2-3 weeks to process.
I'd give it another week and then contact Sky.
Any payments made on the traded in phones will reduce the credit balance accordingly.
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
