Why are Sky Mobile incompetent? I cannot install a replacement eSIM as the code provided in June 2024 isn't accepted now. I called sky today and they messaged and escalated to the back office team and still nothing!
any idea on how to get an eSIM replaced??

I am guessing that this back office team isn't working on Boxing Day.

What device do you have, can you not order a physical sim and use that, or perhaps convert it to an esim as per this:

The problem is you can't order a physical sim online either- the whole point of an eSIM is it's instant

That allows you to set up a new data plan and sim to go with it. Not to order a replacement sim. We've been with sky since they started but we have upgraded our sons phone and the esim won't transfer and the last sim change was in June and we enter the code for that esim and it fails.

I've got the same problem, new iPhone 16 we got in America do it doesn't have a sim slot. Phoned on 25th, 26th and today to get a replacement esim sent via email. Sky said on 25th there is a problem sending out esim details via email but they were working on it. They've tried sending an email again today and said it could take 5 mins (it hasn't) or 24 hours to arrive🤷 but I won't hold my breath.

I wouldn't have thought a code issued back in June would have worked in December. It's a few months gap.
