return order

i bought the device and i returned the same device in 1 week but still they didn't cancelled my agreement it's up to 40 days now

Hi @Pruthvikumar+pate  you will need to call sky for help with this. Call on 150 from a sky sim.

i did 7 to 8 times they told me your cash transfered to dedicated department and they will canceled in 3-5 working days and now it's up to 5-6 week and still didn't canceled my agreement
