Hi we have roamed usually onto JT for over a year with no problem just stopped last week
if you turn off automatic you can roam onto the French networks in certain parts of the island St Catherine's ! But this may incur a charge i even received the welcome to Jersey message yesterday grrrr
I have spoken to sky 3 times and online chat informed this has been escalated !!! ???

Got same problem and is 2nd time this has happened to me (first time it took ages to sort) looks like only solution is next time I'm back in uk is to change supplier. My wife has had no problems with O2.

I am having exactly the same issue at the moment and have been for the last week. Highly frustrating

Hi all. I've had the same issue for 7 weeks now. No signal, so have been unable to make or receive calls and same with texts. In the last 2 weeks my mobile data has also stopped working, unless I am connected to WiFi. I have been told it's because they are updating 5g, but I have just cut my losses and requested my PAC code to move providers.

Hi can anyone from sky advise what is going on there seems to be many people on Jersey with the same issue that has been ongoing all of a sudden for several weeks now what has caused the lack of sky signal and reception? I rely on messages and obviously because of the loss of reception am not receiving any, any help greatly appreciated

My husband lives in Jersey. When he travelled back 2 weeks ago from England, his network dropped off. He can only use his phone connected to wifi.
I flew to Jersey Friday and exactly the same happened. I spent 2hrs online through chat and went through all the same things I had already done independently. Told I would have a technician call me within 48hrs. 96hrs later, no call. I have returned to England and I had hoped that my phine would sort itself out but I have still have no network except via wifi.
I have tonight tried the bot system who has taken me through all of the same again. I need to speak to an actual technician. Frustrated. My husband has to have an emergency operation tomorow and I cannot contact him.

I just ordered a new SIM. It's arrived today and now working. To add tho' I'm back in England. I've ordered a new SIM for my husband who's still in Jersey, so hope that will work

For everyone on this thread I would advise against doing a device factory reset as this didn't resolve for me and caused more problems than it solved.
