Has anyone noticed telephone calls frequently disconnecting over the last few weeks? I have commented on it with an aunt after our call kept on cutting, she asked whwrher I was using an iPhone, I affirmed I was, apparently my cousin was experiencing the same connection issues on her iPhone. I don't know if it's a Sky issue, a iPhone issue or the two combined.
The line keeps disconnecting which is most annoying after a twenty minute wait waiting for customer service to answer.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIs it just calls to your Aunt that are doing this or all calls you make ?

Hi
I managed to get through to Sky mobile. The phone actually disconnected a few minutes into our call. Sky returned the call to my landline, did a system reset (they said) and have sent me a replacement sim (I should receive it next week). The calls being disconnected has been happening for a while, it's only when my aunt asked if I was using an iPhone that it was highlighted my cousin had the same issue with iPhone. Sky think it's a SIM card issue so I will see.

Hi, did you get this sorted. I've just started with sky mobile and have a Samsung s22 ultra. My calls keep getting cut off, sometimes can't actually start a call, it just automatically disconnects after dialling. Says I'm not registered on network then I go out and I have 4g. All wefmscyo bd at home where signal isn't very good which I knew so thought I would be sale to use wifi calling, this fies the same. Tried all resets and I'm on my second sim card.
