No mobile

My daughter has had no mobile service for 24 hours now just 4 dots in corner of screen

Service status  says problem with mast but generally how long is this for?

As fellow customers we have no insight into how long mast repairs would take. The masts are not maintained by Sky anyway.

I have exactly the same problem. Just 4 dots. I can't make or receive calls. It is like I've been chucked off SKY Mobile. I have been through all the SKY help, FAQ and system Chat, including many red herring links that don't help. I have done all the usual, turn off/on, check SIM card, APN reset, etc. I can't contact SKY by phone and can't contact them any other way.

Oh yes. I've been there and everywhere else to try to solve the issue. The coverage is good according to SKY and no signal/mast problems in the area.
