Sky mobile credit refund

Hi I would would like to receive a refund of the credit balance on my sky mobile,it's currently sitting at £60 thank you.

Yeah,it's showing as credit in my sky mobile account.i was asked for an upfront cost when i applied for a mobile contract and failed further credit checks
