Asking me to send my old device back

I am just wondering why I have had an email asking me to send my old device back after receiving my upgrade but I had fully paid off my old device

Give Sky a call on 150 about this as they will need to look  into this for you.

If you performed an 'upgrade' (i.e. swap) then they will expect the old phone back to value/credit.

 

If you don't want to return it then contact Sky as above.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
