Sky Mobile account has disappeared

Hi there, my sky mobile account has disappeared from MySky app, I'm given three options and one is to link my existing account, I've tried this but being told it's already linked? This all happened when I got an new iPhone pro max 16 and changed to eSIM, please if anyone has any idea how to fix this I would be extremely grateful. Rang sky this morning and was told to delete the MySky app and reinstall, was in the process of deleting MySky app but message came up to say I would lose all data associated with my sky account? I do not wish to do this as I am currently waiting on some very important phone callls and I do not wish to lose all my saved mobile data either! Please help

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
