Sky message inbox/new phone

I've ordered a sim free phone yesterday, I have no confirmation email of the order but the order is showing on my account. I have a message about it in the sky portal but it keeps saying unable to load. I have signed the agreement etc and credit check done ok but I have no official emails and I have no idea when it is due to arrive. It's for an I phone 15 so not a really new phone

After credit checks have been completed the most up to date information on your particular order should become available at:
https://www.sky.com/help/articles/track-sky-order

So anything showing there?

 

When your order is ready you should get an email from Sky, and then another from the courier (in the UK that’s usually DPD) which should have details of your 1 hour delivery time slot.

Hi, 

thanks for ur reply. 
so I can see a tab to track order. So I go to track order but it says I have no active orders. It does say it can take a couple of hours for the order to show but I did this yesterday. Should I just wait longer?
