Sky lost my phone number

I have been with Sky for 8 years, 3 weeks ago I took out an additional contact in my name for my husband. My existing phone and contract was to be unchanged and unrelated, this was to be an additional device/sim. We got the pac number from Tesco so he could keep his number but instead of changing the new sim Sky changed my sim. So my number has been wiped out, I now have his number and he has the number that came with the new sim.  We were told that Sky retains numbers to 30 days so we've been trying to get it back this whole time. We were told that we shouldn't keep contacting as it brings new staff into it all and that Sky would contact us. With only 3/4 days left till the number disappears, we're still no further. My husband has been passed around from department to department for the last two hours. Time is running out. Looking for help/a solution or if it's not possible, how can we escalate this. This has been unreal.

@Skysolutions25  Did you send sky the pac code from your husbands sky sim after it was activated

Yes we did but they changed my existing number and not the sim for the new device/sim which they should have
