Hi ive recently got a contract with sky for an ipad, it keeps saying to sign in with my sky id to access my e sim and when on app it's not allowing me to access anything on there until i complete set up however everytime i do this it says account already linked, i still have no access to anything at all.

Find out moreTo get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will need to respond to it as soon as you can or it will be closed if there is no response within 48 hours. To start the conversation just type in it.
This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

The otger day i messaged on here about an issue and got contacted by a sky advisor he couldnt help so he told me to call a number and by thr time i got to be free to call the number rhe number has dissappeard and i cant find a number anywhere online

My sim cannot be linked because my sky id wont connect however everytime i try to connect my sky id it tells me i am already linked however i still cannot acess my sim card or my bills and i dont know what date my direct debit is set for either.

I have no idea because as i say the chat deleted by the time i went back on it, I thought sky was meant to be a good company
