've been trying to link my Sky ID when activating my SIM card, however after entering my surname, postcode and last 6 digits of my bank account, I keep getting a message saying the website is experiencing 'technical difficulties'. This has been going on for days now.
Is there a phone number/online service that can help me get my Sky ID linked & set the sim up?

When you do call say nothing when the bot speaks to you about what your call is about as it should then route you to somebody.
Or if you prefer to get you some help with this we can ask Sky's messaging team to contact you via here tomorrow morning so if they do you then have 48 hours to start the chat so let us know if you prefer to do this.

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
