When I go onto the page to put my sky Id in, it show for a few seconds then disappears so I can't put it in.

If this is via a web browser then try clearing its cache then close down before loading up the browser and try again. If this doesn't work try using a different browser.

If this is via the MySky app then try rebooting your device.
