Sky cancelled card payment for sky mobile

I paid direct debit for sky mobile but sky have now cancelled this and asked I pay by invoice. But I can't log in to sky mobile to pay my bill. I have never been able to sign in to sky mobile always had an issue. Need to pay my bill but don't know how to.

Why have Sky cancelled the direct debit, was there not any funds available ?

You can only pay by a direct bir or a credit or debit card.

What is happening when you try to login to your account ?

There is a chance that message isn't from Sky as Sky does don't do payments via invoices, so what does show here:

It's only my tv bill that comes up I can't log in to sky mobile at all. The payment has normally been taken from by bank by now. Been on chat with sky a few times trying to resolve this but won't let me log in

The details don't match. I don't actually think sky mobile is linked to my account It doesn't even give me the option to view bill on my account or app

Yeah I think so. Nothings changed. I contacted sky a few weeks ago and even they had trouble telling me when my contract comes to an end. Had to find the agreement number for them
