Why is it so hard to find help/answers...change eSIM back to SIM... NIGHTMARE!!!

After many months of eSIM 5G/4G Calling issues, I found out my Moto G75 is NOT compatible with Sky eSIM...what a JOKE!!!

 

I need to change the incompatible eSIM to a normal SIM for a new phone without eSIM support!

 

Please don't ask me to phone 150...That menu system is just a "run-around-going-nowhere-time waster!!!"  very poor, unhelpful customer service.

Hi @Discente  on here we have been told that the only way to get a replacement physical sim is by calling sky. You could try the social media links at the bottom of this page but they may not be able to help.

Hi @Discente  on here we have been told that the only way to get a replacement physical sim is by calling sky. You could try the social media links at the bottom of this page but they may not be able to help.

Thank you. 🙂  I hate calling 150.  36 minutes on the phone to 150...including waiting time!  New normal SIM in the post, delivered within 6 working days!
