I went to go use the chat option (actual person, not the robot) and once I sign in it says 'unavailable' yet when I'm signed out it says 'active' (or something along those lines).
Not sure this is something you can fix so if your issue isn't something us fellow customers can help you with your contact options are to call or use one of the social media links at the bottom of this page.
