Sky account not showing second phone contract and can't pay overdue bill!!
I am trying to pay an overdue bill as the direct debit bounced for the second time today - I can't see my second phone, only my first one which is up to date. I am worried I am going to get a 5 quid charge - there is no way to pay it without it going onto the balance of my up to date phone.
Please help

If the direct debit wasn't taken the first thing you need to do is to look at the bill to see what it says regarding the payment so what does this show ?
If your second phone isn't on this bill then it might be because it was ordered on a different account so you might need to call Sky on 150 so they can identify what account it was ordered on.

I've been paying both phones from the same account for about a year. It's now not showing on my account.

I have an iphone 15 and an iphone 14, the iphone 15 I've had for around 2 years - and the second phone I bought on the same account Oct 24
All my notifications for bills and payments are on the same account/email address - but when I go to click to pay for iphone 14 from my email, I can only see iPhone 15 now - and that's up to date. I try to link the account and they say they are already linked

Yes. I'm trying to call them now, and the automated menues is still wanting to pay for my IPhone 15 (which is up to date) and not the iPhone14, which is overdue.
I am literally clicking the overdue email from the email address saying I owe £20, and it's taking me to that.
I am not sure what else I can do as the twitter account has stopped replying to me and the phone is going round in a loop.
