Is anyone else having problems with accessing the sky VIP section on the my sky app? I just get a blank screen with just the X to close the page at the top.

Hi @Rhiannonmh working fine for me. Try using just mobile data or WiFi if you are using mobile data. Try restarting your phone. Delete and reinstall the my sky app.

It is working fine for me so try rebooing your device to see what then happens with it.

Did you manage to fix it, I've had the same problem the last couple of weeks. I've tried deleting the app and reinstalling it but it's still not working and can't get hold of anyone at Sky. They take too ling to answer the phone.
