have sent device to complete swap and on Royal Mail tracking it says it's been delivered yet on skys tracking it says it's not been shipped yet, my bill generates soon and. Really don't feel like paying for two contracts can anyone advisr

Hi @RickyP1986 it normall takes them a few weeks to handle the returns so chances are they will overlap and you will pay for both, you should get it back next month.
