Mobile order not confirmed

Hello there I ordered an IPhone 13 mini 512gb yet have received two emails from sky, one saying the order was cancelled, the other saying thank you for the order and they'll be in touch to confirm.

What's confusing is both emails were sent at the same minute so I'm unsure what one stands correct. I placed the order last week, so am unsure what is happening and to whether take a contract out elsewhere.

Hi @Patrick10123  the order will be cancelled. This normally happens when you fail the second more enhanced credit check that sky carry out. The emails often come in the wrong order. If you call sky they will confirm if this is the case but not why you have failed. Experian or anothe agency may be able to give an indication of why.
