No network

I'm in Spain and my phone will only give me emerycalls only 

I spoke to sky before flying out and was told this wouldn't happen

Hi @Bobbyhh123  make sure your monthly spend cap isn't set at zero. Also try manually selecting other local networks and connect to them to see if it works.
