Data cancellation

Hello I have a question

 

i have a phone contract with sky and not long left to pay off, but when it comes to signal I don't get much of it especially in certain areas where other networks do. Is it possible to cancel any data plans but continue paying the remaining months left on my phone contract ?

If you have been paying for the sim for 12 months or more then you are free to cancel it by calling Sky on 150, if you are yet to reach a year with the sim then you will be unable to cancel it until you have.

After the cancellation does the sim stop immediately or is the a few days where I still have access?

31 days notice...  (It remains active during this period)

 

If you want to keep the number then simply obtain a PAC code and transfer it out.

I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
