I have been unable to use my piggybank for several weeks now due to the error message "Sorry, we can't load your Piggybank rewards at the moment". This applies to both the app and browser.

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreIf you're trying to move some spare data from your Piggybank to your mobile, or trying to use some of your saved data to go towards a purchase give Sky a call and they can do the transaction for you.
