Hey There, Yesterday I Went On Sky And Purchased A Macbook Laptop But I Used A Monthly Option, It Said I Passed The Credit Check And I Paid My Deposit, I Was Waiting For My Confirmation Email, I Got A Confirmation Email But It Said My Order Was Cancelled And My Deposit Is Getting Refunded, But I Do Not Know Why As It Did Not State In The Email? Could Somone Help Me Out Here? I Have Not Data To Call Sky Customer Line And I Belive Email Would Take Too Long.

You can call Sky to find out if this is what has happened as they can answer this for you but as Sky is not allowed to view your financial records they can not tell you why you have failed the check. You might want to look into this yourself by signing up to a site that allows you to view your records, one credit checking site they use is Experian so you could sign up to a free trial with them, just remember to cancel.
