Hi, just wanted to ask. I recently joined sky mobile but the data can be really slow i've done all the troubleshooting with my device and sky said they can't find any issues on their end. Is anyone else having issues like this?. What can I do?
Sky uses the O2 network which has congestion problems in a lot of places and constantly comes last for data speeds in national tests. It might just be particularly bad in your area, if that's the case there's nothing you can do other than try different networks (avoid Giffgaff and Tesco as they also use O2).
