I ordered a phone yesterday and have had the email with the tracking number and the link. I've opened the link and it's to a DPD delivery that was completed on 10th October 2024 and when I input the postcode, it comes up that it's the wrong delivery post code so definitely wrong tracking. This is the same through the websites link to tracking. The times for the online chat say it's 08:00-20:30 but are currently unavailable. Now I'm not sure if the phone has been shipped with the wrong information or what.
Hi @Lauryn26 courier firms do re use tracking identity numbers. Check again tomorrow and it should be your parcel.
