Sky Mobile Swap Rip Off

Funny how the valuation always seems to match the outstanding value. Not funny that they never honour the valuation. In the past I haven't been bothered to challenge their claims of damage, but this time I know with 100% certainty that the phone had no damage whatsoever. Swap is just a money making scam to entice customers into renewing early.

Hi @PaulGwy77  i never swap, I sell my phone to music magpie etc then use tat to pay off what I owe and normally have some extra left.
