Sky Mobile Support - "Call us" the only option - even when your sim is broken

How do i get support.

Im abroad, the number i call doesnt work using a friends spanish number, i cant call anyone because thats the whole point of me needing support.

My eSim isnt working - im receiving no texts or phone calls.
I tried to reinstall it, it says failed.

We have the same issue. In Spain. No network connection. Sky online help says they will send new settings - but how can they when the phone won't connect to the network.
