Promised a refund
I was sent an email in Dec 23 saying my contract was up and I could change this to sim only to £16. It said just do nothing....but I've been charged since this date? When I called they send they would refund the difference of £72 this never happened!

Have you checks your bills to see if the amount has been added as a credit to your account?
