Sky Mobile Sim issue

Sky mobile sims I just deactivated mine as wanted a phone and sim was told no unless pay upfront!!!

If you have been asked for an i[front payment this is because you have only just past the credit check so any upfront payment will be taken off what you would have owed against the device.
