The National Lottery app has stopped working due to parental controls. I don't have a Mastercard or visa and wish to remove parental control from my mobile...and I'm well over 18 years old. I didn't request this control to be added.

Hi @Angela5504 if you can't borrow one then the only other option is if you have a credit agreement with sky for a device then that can be used, call sky on 150 and they will do it. If you can't do either of these then unfortunately it can't be turned off. It switches on by default to protect children receiving new phones.

Does it work if you connect to a Wifi connection instead ?
