Hi,
I have a sky mobile with a contract and unfortunately I lost my phone today. There is no insurance and I called sky and they said they will send a new sim. I know that I need to continue paying my contract but if I want to get a new phone and use the same sim how does it work? Can I get only the phone since I have already getting a new sim and paying for the connection in my previous contract

The sim they are sending might be a replacement so if this is the case it will have the same number as the one in the phone you have lost.

In addition to the above it's worth also reporting the loss on the Immobilise website https://www.immobilise.com
