Accidental phone order
Hi,
I seem to have ordered an extra phone instead of doing an upgrade.
i don't need another phone. Just an upgrade
can you help
with this please

You'll have to call Sky, the other customers here can't help...
I am just another Sky customer and my views are my own even if you don't like the answers
